In den letzten 10 Jahren haben die zuständigen Gremien die Aufnahme von nicht weniger als 70 internationalen Unternehmen als Mitglieder bestätigt, darunter 280 Unternehmen, die alle Lebensverpflichtungen für ein voll entwickeltes und sicheres Land abdecken.

Mitgliedsunternehmen, Banken und Investoren tragen zum Erfolg der Human- und Nation-Building-Projekte der Organisation in Zusammenarbeit mit offiziellen Regierungen in Ländern der Welt bei, insbesondere in Syrien, Irak, Libyen, Jemen und Somalia.

Gesundheits ausschuss

1 – Unterstützt das Land bei der Umsetzung, dem Erfolg und der Entwicklung des Gesundheitsprogramms
2 - Absicherung von Unternehmen, die Krankenhäuser bauen und ausstatten
3 – Unternehmen, die Prothesen herstellen
4 – Labore zur Bekämpfung von Viren, Epidemien und Keimen
5 – Mobile und stationäre Krankenhäuser, Stärkung der Nationalen Blutbank
6 – Bereitstellung von internationalem medizinischem Personal zur Ausbildung und Entwicklung lokaler medizinischer Mitarbeiter
7 – Lieferung und Herstellung medizinischer Materialien und Geräte wie Impfnadeln, Blutbeutel, Medikamente und medizinische Geräte
8 - Unterstützung des Staates bei der Sicherung der Blutbank und ihrer bürgergerechten Weiterentwicklung

Auf dem Höhepunkt der Terrorismuskontrolle über die meisten Gebiete Syriens wurde die Teilnahme einer medizinischen Delegation aus Syrien unterstützt und in Dubrovnik, Kroatien, eine internationale Konferenz abgehalten, um Syrien eine internationale rechtliche Präsenz zu ermöglichen:
Wo Dr. Ammar Mashaleh, Vertreter der Fakultät für Zahnmedizin, an der Delegation syrischer Ärzte teilnahm und diese eine Strecke von 1.800 Kilometern von Deutschland bis zum Ende Kroatiens zurücklegte, und wir sie empfingen und sie durch die Vorbereitung einer Medien- und Materialberichterstattung unterstützten für sie und die Medien. اللجنة الصحية

1 ـ تساعد في دعم البلاد في تنفيذ وإنجاح وتطوير البرنامج الصحي
2 ـ تأمين شركات بناء وتجهيز المشافي 
3 ـ شركات تصنيع الاطراف الصناعية 
4 ـ مختبرات لمكافحة الفيروسات والاوبئة والجراثيم 
5 ـ مشافي متنقلة وثابتة تقوية بنك الدم الوطني
6 ـ تامين كوادر طبية دولية لتعليم وتطوير الكادر الطبي المحلي
7 ـ توريد وتصنيع مواد وأجهزة طبية مثل ابر اللقاح وأكياس الدم والادوية والمعدات الطبية

Health Committee

1- Help support the country in implementing, succeeding and developing the health program
2- Insurance of construction and equipment companies for hospitals

5- Mobile and fixed hospitals, strengthening the National Blood Bank
6- Securing international medical cadres to educate and develop the local medical cadre

8 Supporting the state in securing and developing a blood bank to meet the needs of citizens
 

Diplomatisches Komitee

Es besteht aus ehemaligen Diplomaten auf der Ebene von Ministern, Botschaftern, Konsuln, Präsidenten und Vertretern politischer Parteien
1- Seine Exzellenz, die ehemaligen Diplomaten, leiten den diplomatischen Ausschuss in der Organisation ihres Landes.
  2- Sie arbeiten an der Wiederherstellung diplomatischer Beziehungen oder helfen beim Aufbau diplomatischer Beziehungen zwischen ihren Ländern und anderen Ländern, die über die Beziehungen der Organisation und ihrer Mitglieder in den Ländern der Welt hinausgehen.
3- Sie lösen Probleme, Missverständnisse und Konvergenz von Ideen zwischen politischen Parteien und Regierungen in ihren Ländern, sodass sie nicht das Ausmaß bewaffneter Konflikte oder Kriege, Fragmentierung und Zerstörung von Gesellschaften und des Eigentums des Heimatlandes, der Bürger und der Bürger erreichen Zustand.
4- Zusammenarbeit mit offiziellen Regierungen und zuständigen Behörden, damit sich Streitigkeiten nicht auf die Straße ausweiten und zu Medienkonflikten führen, die die Sicherheit des Heimatlandes und der Bürger schüren und das Vertrauen in den Staat schwächen.
5 - Beratung, Schulung und Ausbildung der nationalen Mitarbeiter der Organisation im Land in Bezug auf Verwaltungsabwicklungen zwischen Mitgliedern und Unterstützung von Regierungsbehörden bei der Entwicklung ihrer Arbeit, um die Umsetzung funktionaler Arbeit im Dienste des Landes, der Bürger und des Staates zu erleichtern.

Die Arbeiten werden je nach Bedarf in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Generalsekretariat und dem Höheren Wirtschaftsausschuss durchgeführt

اللجنة الدبلوماسية 

تتكون من دبلوماسيين سابقين من مستوى وزراء وسفراء وقنصل ورؤساء وممثلين أحزاب سياسية
1- سعادة الدبلوماسيين السابقين يرأسون اللجنة الدبلوماسية في فرع  بلادهم.
 2- يعملون على إعادة العلاقات الدبلوماسية أو المساعدة في إقامة علاقات دبلوماسية بين دولهم والدول الأخرى عبر علاقاتهم وعلاقات  المنظمة وأعضائها في دول العالم.
3- يقومون بحل المشاكل وسوء الفهم وتقارب الافكار بين الاحزاب السياسية والحكومات داخل بلادهم لكي لاتصل على مستوى نزاع مسلح او حروب وتفتيت وتدمير المجتمعات وممتلكات الوطن والمواطن والدولة
4 ـ التعاون مع الحكومات الرسمية والإدارات ذات الصلة ، حتى لا تنتشر الخلافات إلى الشوارع وتتحول إلى صراعات إعلامية تؤجج أمن الوطن والمواطنين وفقدان الثقة بالدولة.
5 - تقديم المشورة والتدريب والتعليم لموظفي المنظمة الوطنيين داخل الدولة بشأن التعاملات الإدارية بين الأعضاء ومساعدة الجهات الحكومية في تطوير إعمالهم لتسهيل تنفيذ العمل الوظيفي لخدمة الوطن والمواطن والدولة

يتم العمل بالتعاون مع الأمانة العامة واللجنة الاقتصادية العليا حسب الحاجة

Diplomatic Committee

It consists of former diplomats at the level of ministers, ambassadors, consuls, presidents and representatives of political parties
1- His Excellency the former diplomats chair the diplomatic committee in their country's organization.
 2- They work to restore diplomatic relations or assist in establishing diplomatic relations between their countries and other countries apart from the relations of the Organization and its members in the countries of the world.
3- They solve problems, misunderstandings, and convergence of ideas between political parties and governments within their countries so that they do not reach the level of armed conflict or wars, fragmentation and destruction of societies and the property of the homeland, the citizen and the state.
4- Cooperating with official governments and relevant departments, so that disputes do not spread to the streets and turn into media conflicts that fuel the security of the homeland and citizens and the loss of confidence in the state.
5 - Providing advice, training and education to the organization's national employees within the country regarding administrative dealings between members and assisting government agencies in developing their work to facilitate the implementation of functional work to serve the country, the citizen and the state.

Work is carried out in cooperation with the General Secretariat and the Higher Economic Committee as needed

Untersuchungsausschuss
Es handelt sich um ein Begleit- und Inspektionsgremium, das humanitäre Projekte und die Arbeit der Mitglieder weiterverfolgen, überwachen und inspizieren, Fakten offenlegen und Beweise sichern soll
Der Ausschuss besteht aus Wirtschaftsexperten aller Berufsfelder, die über Expertise in Forschung und Untersuchung verfügen
Sie begleiten, überwachen und prüfen die Arbeit der Mitglieder und der mit der Organisation verbundenen Projekte

Sie sind verpflichtet, die Vertraulichkeit der Arbeit zu wahren und alle Ereignisse und Entwicklungen in Bezug auf Projekte und die Arbeit der Mitglieder anhand von Protokollen, Dokumenten, Beweisen, Fotos und Zeugen zu kontrollieren und diese dem Generalinspekteur des Staates, dem Obersten Wirtschaftsausschuss und dem Rechtsausschuss vorzulegen und das Generalsekretariat.

لجنة تقصي الحقائق 
هي لجنة متابعة وتفتيش لمتابعة ومراقبة وتفتيش المشاريع الانسانية وعمل الاعضاء وكشف الحقائق وتامين الادلة
تتكون اللجنة من خبراء إقتصاديين في كل المجالات المهنية ولديهم فراسة في  البحث والتحقيق
يقومون بمتابعة ومراقبة  وتفتيش أعمال الاعضاء والمشاريع التابعة للمنظمة 

أنهم ملزمين بالحفاظ على سرية العمل وضبط كل الاحداث والمجريات حول المشاريع وأعمال الاعضاء ببرتوكولات ووثائق وأثباتات وصور وشهود وتقديمها الى  لتقديمها للمفتش العام في الدولة واللجنة الاقتصادية العليا واللجنة القانونية والامانة العامة 
fact-finding committee
It is a follow-up and inspection committee to follow up, monitor and inspect humanitarian projects and the work of members, reveal facts and secure evidence
The committee consists of economic experts in all professional fields who have expertise in research and investigation
They follow up, monitor and inspect the work of members and projects affiliated with the organization

They are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of work and control all events and developments regarding projects and members’ work with protocols, documents, evidence, photos and witnesses and submit them to the Inspector General of the State, the Supreme Economic Committee, the Legal Committee and the General Secretariat.

Justizausschuss

Es handelt sich um den Rechts- und Schiedsausschuss. Der Ausschuss besteht aus Anwälten und ehemaligen Richtern aller Fachrichtungen des Landes

Die Hauptaufgaben des Ausschusses sind:
1- Vorbereitung von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen für die Projekte der Organisation
2- Verfolgen Sie die Angelegenheiten der Mitglieder und bieten Sie Rechtsberatung an
3- Vertretung der Organisation und ihrer Mitglieder vor nationalen und internationalen Gerichten sowie öffentlichen und privaten Einrichtungen
4- Lösung von Problemen und Streitigkeiten im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen zwischen Mitgliedern der Organisation und Parteien, die an den humanitären Projekten der Organisation teilnehmen
5- Bereitstellung von Beratung und Unterstützung für Gerichte und nationale Regierungen auf Anfrage auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene
6 - Unterstützung in Krisenzeiten unter Beteiligung von Vertretern aller Parteien bei der Verfolgung der Umsetzung der Bestimmungen der Vereinbarungen, die Frieden und Sicherheit für das Heimatland und die Bürger gewährleisten und die Rechte aller Konflikt- und Betroffenenparteien in Zusammenarbeit mit den sichern höchste offizielle Justizbehörde des Landes.
7 - Zusammenarbeit bei der Stärkung der Rolle der Justiz und ihrer Aktivierung bei der Durchsetzung des Rechts sowie Zusammenarbeit bei der Aufklärung der Gesellschaft über die Achtung der Gesetze, die Umsetzung gesetzlicher und gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und die Achtung der Verfassung.
8 - Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Konvergenz von Ideen, falls erforderlich, um die Verfassung oder Gesetze zu entwickeln
9 – Unterstützung von Regierungen bei der Einreichung internationaler Klagen zur Erlangung von Entschädigungen und zur Bekämpfung von Terrorismus und Kriminalität im Rahmen der Bestimmungen der Charta der Vereinten Nationen und relevanter Resolutionen des Sicherheitsrats.

  اللجنة القضائية 

هي لجنة الشؤون القانونية والتحكيم وتتكون اللجنة من محامين وقضاة سابقين من جميع التخصصات في البلاد 

المهام الرئيسية للجنة هي:
1- إعداد العقود والاتفاقيات الخاصة بمشاريع المنظمة
2- متابعة شؤون الأعضاء واستشاراتهم القانونية
3- تمثيل المنظمة وأعضائها أمام المحاكم الوطنية والدولية والهيئات العامة والخاصة
4- حل المشكلات والخلافات بالتراضي بين أعضاء المنظمة والأطراف المشاركة في المشاريع الإنسانية للمنظمة
5- تقديم المشورة والمساعدة للمحاكم والحكومات الوطنية عند الطلب على المستويين المحلي والدولي
6 ـ المساعدة أثناء الازمات بمشاركة ممثلين كل الجهات في متابعة تنفيذ بنود الاتفاقيات التي تؤمن السلام والامان للوطن والمواطن وتامين حقوق كل الاطراف المتنازعة والمتضررة  بالتعاون مع الهيئة القضائية الرسمية العليا في البلاد 
7 ـ التعاون في تعزيز دور القضاء وتفعيلة في فرض القانون والتعاون في توعية المجتمع بإحترام القوانين وتنفيذ الاحكام القانونية والتشريعية وإحترام الدستور 
8 ـ التعاون والمساعدة في تقارب الافكار في حال لزوم لتطوير الدستور أوالقوانين 
9 ـ مساعدة الحكومات في رفع قضايا دولية للحصول على تعويضات ومكافحة الارهاب والجريمة ضمن بنود ميثاق هيئة الامم المتحدة وقرارات مجلس الامن ذات الصلة

Judicial Committee

It is the Legal Affairs and Arbitration Committee. The committee consists of lawyers and former judges from all disciplines in the country

The main tasks of the committee are:
1- Preparing contracts and agreements for the organization's projects
2- Following up the affairs of the members and their legal advice
3- Representing the organization and its members before national and international courts and public and private bodies
4- Resolving problems and disputes by mutual consent between the members of the organization and the parties participating in the humanitarian projects of the organization
5- Providing advice and assistance to national courts and governments upon request at the local and international levels
6- Assistance during crises, with the participation of representatives of all parties, in following up the implementation of the provisions of the agreements that ensure peace and security for the homeland and the citizen, and securing the rights of all the conflicting and affected parties, in cooperation with the supreme official judicial body in the country.
7- Cooperation in strengthening the role of the judiciary and activating it in enforcing the law, and cooperation in educating society about respecting laws, implementing legal and legislative provisions, and respecting the constitution.
8- Cooperation and assistance in converging ideas in case it is necessary to develop the constitution or laws
9- Assisting governments in filing international cases to obtain compensation and combating terrorism and crime within the provisions of the United Nations Charter and relevant Security Council resolutions.
